A Georgia judge last week allowed an inspection of physical ballots to resolve what litigants describe as “large discrepancies” uncovered in ballot images from the 2020 election. VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito, and another plaintiff are being allowed access to audit the phyical ballots to check if there was double counting in the 2020 election. The decision was reported as made in an ongoing hearing by Henry County, GA judge, the Honorable Brian J. Amero.

“In the hearing, lawyers for VoterGA.org described large discrepancies (21%) between the number of ballot batches reported by the GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who certified the election, and the number of ballot batches actually provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing in the case,” CDM reported.

“VoterGA.org has been examining the ballot images at a low resolution since the hearing in April, and declared they need the actual physical ballots to understand the number of counterfeit ballots certified,” the report continued. “Fulton County attorneys pushed for a sampling of the ballots instead of access to all of the ballots. They particularly objected to access to physical ballots.”

It appears that Fulton County election officials are taking the probe very seriously. So much so that they have hired two top criminal defense attorneys for the case, even though the court filing in the civil case did not characterize it as an emergency.

“The Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections has hired two of Georgia’s top criminal defense attorneys & filed paperwork to halt the audit proceedings previously ordered by the judge,” Heather Mullins of Real America’s Voice noted.

The two attorneys, Donald Samuel and Amanda Palmer, are affiliated with the high-powered Garland, Samuel and Loeb law firm in Atlanta.

Donald Samuel’s profile calls him a “top-rated attorney with over 40+ years of legal experience” who “serves clients throughout the Atlanta metro region who face serious federal and state criminal charges, and he has successfully tried cases in federal and appellate courts across the country.”

Amanda Clark Palmer is referred to as a “super lawyer” with “experience representing clients in cases that garner national attention.”

It is unknown why the Fulton County Board of Elections might hire criminal defense “super lawyers,” but if one might proffer a guess, Ruby Freeman might know why. In March, emails were obtained the further corroborated that the State Farm Arena sending home election observers preceded potentially illegal vote counting.

“Two separate sworn affidavits from Election Night poll workers claimed that, at roughly 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 3, an official directed workers to stop working and to return the next day at 8:30 a.m,” the Just the News report said.

This was substantiated in November as local news outlets reported that election observers and some workers had been sent home. Even the Georgia election authorities eventually conceded the matter.

“Counting at the State Farm Arena, however, continued past 10:30 p.m. after most staffers had left,” the report added. “In December, [county spokeswoman Regina Waller] told Just the News that, contrary to the numerous media reports, she had ‘stated to all media … that although several workers were released to go home, a small team remained behind to assist with scanning ballots.’”

Given that the civil case asserts double-counting, the audit would potentially explain what appeared on CCTV video to be Fulton County election workers running ballots through tabulators multiple times. It would also explain the early morning hours spike for Joe Biden, which was disproportionate to the trend for Georgia Democratic senate candidate Jon Ossoff.

The State of Georgia was a crucial swing state and critics of the election have often pointed to the state as “ground zero” for likely election fraud.
